   This coat is heavier than I anticipated in the best way, It feels substantial and robust without being overly stiff. The stitching is clean, buttons are solid, and the interior lining is comfortable. I wore it during a rainy, blustery day and stayed cozy. Great balance of form and function.

   This is a beautifully made wool pea coat, the black color is sharp, the fit across the chest and shoulders is flattering, and the coat does a good job insulating against cold. My only wish: the sleeve length could be just a tad longer for when I wear thicker layers underneath. Otherwise, I’m very happy with it.
