The snap buttons are easy to use and everything feels solid, which was important to me since I plan to wear this through fall and early winter. Only small suggestion: I’d love a subtle logo or patch on the back or sleeve, something that makes it feel even more personalized for VSU fans. Still, I’m happy with it and get asked where I got it whenever I wear it out.

I’m glad that I purchased the Virginia State University Motto 2.0 Varsity Jacket for fall. The leather sleeves give it that timeless, classic varsity style, and the wool body feels warm without being heavy. It feels more substantial than a typical hoodie because of the rib-knit neck and cuffs, which help keep the cold breeze out. I am 6’0″ and weigh about 190 pounds, so I followed the size chart and received an L. It fits well and has plenty of space for layers without being too big. I do wish the inner pockets were slightly deeper, my phone and wallet fit, but barely. Otherwise, great quality and very wearable.
