Easy 30 Days Refund & Return

We’re dedicated to making sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase and aim to make your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free. If you receive an item that doesn’t meet your expectations—whether it’s the wrong design, color, or size compared to what you ordered—we’ve got you covered.

If you opt for a refund, the amount will be credited to your original payment method. To start the refund process, simply email us at orders@velvroleather.com. Before requesting a refund, please review the following important guidelines:

  • The item must be in its original condition, with tags and packaging still intact.
  • If your item is defective or was damaged during shipping, please send us clear photos showing the damage, including the attached tags.
  • We won’t be able to issue a refund if the original tags or packaging are missing. Similarly, products that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
  • Custom-made items and personalized orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

To help us process your refund quickly, include your order number, photos of the item, and any relevant details that can help us understand the issue.

Order Exchange

You can request an exchange or return under the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The fit isn’t right—whether it runs too large or too small.
  • The item arrived damaged or defective during shipping (please include photos showing the damage and original tags).
  • You received a different item than what you ordered (photos with original tags are required).

Cancellation Of Order

You can cancel your order within 1 day of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet.
If the cancellation request is made after the order has been processed or shipped, a 25% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total amount.

To cancel the order please email us at orders@velvroleather.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

Restocking Fees

Customs laws, duties, and regulations vary from country to country. To make things easier for our international buyers, we label all shipments as “Free Shipping” and mark them as gifts to help reduce the chance of high customs fees. However, shipping costs are still applied based on the item and destination.

Important Note:
The item itself is not free, and the shipping cost is not waived. If your country imposes any customs duties or import taxes, the buyer is responsible for covering those charges—not the seller.

Restocking Fee:
If an item is returned, a restocking fee may be applied to cover repackaging and shipping expenses. This fee varies depending on the size, weight, and type of product being returned.

International Returns & Exchanges

We accept international returns as long as the request is made within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and we do not refund duties, VAT, or local taxes.

We currently do not offer international exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, you’ll need to:

  1. Request a return and ship the item back at your own expense.
  2. Place a new order for the replacement item through our website.

Please note: Shipping fees, VAT, duties, and any applicable taxes will be charged on the new order.

If you receive a product that’s incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery and include photos of the item.

Unfortunately, if we are not notified within this 7-day window, we cannot issue a replacement.

We are not responsible for lost return shipments, so please keep a copy of your tracking number as proof of return delivery.
